I work directly with leaders navigating scale, capital and consequential decisions.
I’ve spent my career at the intersection of building and advising.
Operating inside large public companies taught me discipline and rigour.
Starting companies taught me speed and consequence.
Consulting showed me how often strategy collapses when it meets reality.

Since then, I’ve worked with hundreds of companies across Canada and beyond — helping leaders raise capital, structure deals, build teams, navigate exits, and make the decisions that actually determine outcomes.
Today, alongside advisory work, I invest directly as a Deal Partner at Boardy Ventures, backing the next generation of AI-native companies.

Velocity matters.
Clarity compounds.

Advising scaling companies on strategy, growth, capital and AI enablement.
Sourcing and evaluating investments in AI-native companies.
Selective board and advisory roles with growth-stage companies.
I regularly speak to founders, executives, and investors on:

If you’re navigating a meaningful inflection point — growth, fundraising, transition, or strategy — I’m open to a conversation.
